Using bolsters and props for support we’ll move slowly through comfortable postures, holding each for 5-7 minutes to help stimulate the parasympathetic response and balance your nervous system.

Moving with your own breath, but at a slightly faster pace and introducing stronger postures and balances to strengthen the core and focus the mind. Suitable for all abilities.

ABOUT ME

I was trained in “Heart of Yoga”, a totally breath led practice that focusses on personal experience - regardless of age, ability, health, fitness, size.

If you can breathe, you can do Yoga.

It is my passion to make Yoga accessible for all. Your practice is personal, and my aim is to hold space for you to explore that.
